Please contact us by phone, our website, or at the Shimizu Sanso reception desk.
We will confirm your desired date and explain the process.
Please fill out the "Application Form" we will provide you and submit it by mail, fax, email, etc.
We will send you a "license to use."
Please bring it with you on the day.
*Please make your reservation at least two business days in advance. Changes in the number of people or cancellations must be made by 10:00 two business days in advance.
If you exceed this time, a cancellation fee may be charged.
*For those living within Miyama City, reservations can be made up until the end of the month three months from now. For those living outside Miyama City , reservations can be made up until the end of the month two months from now.
*Payment is only accepted in cash on the day.
*Pets are not permitted.
*Check-in: 15:00-17:00, check-out: 7:00-10:00
